Job Overview:
Location: Omaha, NEPay: Starting at $18.00/hourSchedule: Monday - Thursday 9 AM - 4 PM and Friday 9 AM - 12 PM, flexible arrival and departure times can be discussed, busy season (December - April) may require longer days, up to 40 hours/week, summer months offer more flexibilityBenefits: Simple IRA plan with a match
Key Responsibilities:
Place job opening advertisements across various platformsAssist applicants with inquiries and guide them through the application processPrepare reports and design advertising brochuresConduct internet searches for necessary informationAdditional administrative tasks including answering phones, directing calls, preparing shipments, and mailing materials
Skills and Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PublisherExperience using Adobe Acrobat Pro and web browsersFamiliarity with PowerSchool software is a plusAbility to prioritize during busy times, stay organized, and keep a keen eye on detailsExperience placing ads (newspapers, online)
