The Senior Coordinating Producer is responsible for managing the production of multiple daily studio shows on FS1. Duties not only include overseeing and managing the production of daily shows, but the success of them and the vision and direction needed to put them in the best position to thrive. Just as important as the production aspects, the Senior Coordinating Producer is the point person for the shows with Sales, PR, Marketing, and Programming departments. This role requires strong relationships with their counterparts in these groups to ensure not only a collaborative environment, but one that has the shows positioned properly day in and day out. The position necessitates robust personal skills, as a strong/effective relationship with the talent and senior staff of each show is essential. Talent management remains one of the most important aspects of this position, with the expectation to lead, guide, correct, and position them. The Senior Coordinating Producer will also take on budget tracking and accountability. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
