A nationally renowned mid-sized litigation firm is looking to add an associate attorney to their general liability practice group in multiple offices in Southern and Northern California. The firm is known for their toxic tort, product liability, premise liability, and commercial litigation practices. This associate would be working primarily on product liability, transportation, aviation, and premise liability cases, and should have experience taking depositions and arguing motions. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of defense side litigation experience and is admitted to practice in California.
