This role will oversee the fulfillment strategy for the ecommerce business, as well as provide recommendations for retail and outlet DTC placement throughout the network. The Sr. Manager will collaborate with various cross-functional teams, such as Retail Operations, Distribution, Data Science, Customer Service, Product, and IT, to optimize the cost, service, and convenience for the DTC customers. The Sr. Manager will also manage the financial and operational performance of the ecommerce 4-Wall expense line.The Sr. Manager, DTC Strategy and Advanced Analytics will have 1 direct report at the Analyst level.About the Job

Own the US fulfillment strategy and network optimization in collaboration with Retail Operations, Distribution, and Data Science. Optimize for cost and service with a surgical approach to the order management lifecycle, focusing on speed for the top DMAs.Forecast demand for DC and store labor planning.Monitor and improve the outbound service level agreements (SLAs), such as click to ship (order date to ship date) and successful order lifecycle.Review open work with DCs and stores and prioritize work as needed and as permissible based on business demands.Meet with Customer Service weekly to understand and action fulfillment DSATs and top trending contact drivers.Analyze financial, operational, and business performance results of the US ecommerce 4-Wall expense line to achieve annual financial commitments. Manage monthly accruals and report out on actualized CPU.Analyze return data and work to reduce overall return rate related to fulfillment.Regularly communicate performance trends and improvements to senior management and leadership both within and outside immediate line of reporting.Represent Ecommerce operations in 2x per week business reviews and daily peak stand-ups as well as promo calendar reviews.Develop AFP Roadmap and subsequent business cases with Product and IT teams, focusing on initiatives that improve cost, service, and convenience for the consumer.Evaluate proposed cross-functional projects to deliver required fulfillment inputs, efficiencies, and optimization plans to maximize revenue opportunities and/or lower costs.Act as lead and SME for Next Gen OMS project in US/CA (~18 mo. Project).About You

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Analytics is preferred; but not required.Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce operations, fulfillment, or distribution.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision making and business outcomes.Proficient in Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other data visualization and reporting tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Knowledge of order management systems, fulfillment processes, and distribution network optimization.Experience in leading and managing large-scale projects, preferably in the ecommerce or DTC space.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.Passion for customer service and delivering a seamless and convenient DTC experience.The expected starting salary range for this role is $116,300- $175,900. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.Levi Strauss & Co.
