Job descriptionAnchor Blinds is a locally owned, small business that offers window treatments to the Greater Seattle area. We're seeking a full time (in-person) Design Consultant/ Assistant who's passionate about sales and has an eye for interior design.Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time (in-person) Design Consultant/Assistant who is passionate about sales, has an eye for interior design, and is eager to contribute to our growing business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a small office setting and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities included : conduct in-home design consultations to assess customer needs and propose tailored window covering solutions, manage sales cycle from inquiry to close, maintain relationships with returning customers, build relationships with new customers, generate quotes and proposals via Excel, create occasional marketing/sales materials, and social media post, maintain up to date information in our CRM to track customer interactions, scanning and maintaining office files, assist in installation when needed and other tasks/projects as needed.QUALIFICATIONS:Proven track record in inside or outside sales.Strong organizational, time management, oral, and written communication skills. Detail oriented.Exceptional customer service and phone skills.Must like working in a small office setting, self-directed, and comfortable working by yourself.Experience in designing marketing materials and managing social media platforms.Competence and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook).Experience with CRM platforms (we use Insightly CRM)Experience with other softwares including DropBox and DocuSignFamiliarity with the greater Seattle area to effectively schedule appointments and getting around.Experience with QuickBooks a plus.Experience in the home furnishing/improvement industry a plus.REQUIREMENTS:At least 3 years of full cycle sales experience (any industry).Minimum education of High School Diploma/GED equivalent.Reliable transportation to work in the Ballard/Greenwood area.Must be willingly able to work on Saturdays.Complete a criminal background check.Good driving record.Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.COMPENSATION:Range: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour depending on experience.
