Lead, launch, and land global, strategic, and operational project work streams to help drive organizational goals (e.g., career development, organizational design, talent mobility, location strategy, execution improvement).Develop comprehensive strategies that solve complex business challenges and address the needs of stakeholders across various functions to improve operations or organizational sentiment.Identify problems and issues across the organization, create programs and processes to solve them, and influence cross-functional teams and leadership to bring them to life.Conduct data analysis and develop insights to help leadership identify opportunities, and communicate actionable insights to executive leadership by preparing and delivering executive-ready materials.Work with cross-functional teams to push projects forward, driving recommendations through to implementation.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
