Job Summary: The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that reflect our brand's identity and support our marketing and product initiatives. This role involves developing graphics for digital and print media, including product packaging, advertisements, social media content, and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation: Develop engaging and on-brand visual content for a variety of platforms, including digital ads, social media, email campaigns, website graphics, and print materials such as brochures, flyers, and product packaging.Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work aligns with [Company Name]'s brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all marketing materials and product packaging.Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that effectively communicate our brand message and product benefits.Concept Development: Generate creative concepts and design ideas for campaigns, promotions, and new product launches. Present design ideas and receive feedback to refine and finalize designs.Asset Management: Maintain and organize a digital library of design assets, including images, templates, and design files, ensuring easy access and proper version control.Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to ensure designs are modern and relevant. Apply best practices and innovative approaches to design challenges.Quality Control: Review final designs for accuracy and quality before publication or production. Ensure all designs are free of errors and meet company standards.Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the health, wellness, or consumer goods industry.Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print media, with a focus on branding and marketing materials.Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.Effective communication skills and the ability to present and articulate design concepts clearly.
