Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Associate Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and team performance.Duties:
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing proceduresManage cash register activities and ensure accuracy in transactionsAssist in recruiting, training, and supervising staffConduct employee orientation and provide ongoing coachingMaintain inventory levels and merchandise displaysHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptlyUtilize phone etiquette to provide exceptional customer serviceCollaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targetsSupport wireless sales initiatives and promotionsOperate POS systems efficientlyRequirements:
Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar role preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectivelyKnowledge of wireless sales is a plusLeadership qualities to motivate and guide team membersProficiency in managing day-to-day store activitiesThis position offers opportunities for growth within the company and a dynamic work environment where your skills will be valued.
