SHI Business Systems Technical Lead - CRM
As a senior technical lead (Microsoft D365 CE), you will oversee every stage of the delivery for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service solutions within the CRM platform, from analysis, design, delivery, to deployment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite. The role requires expertise in Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, and Power Pages, along with a deep understanding of business processes. This position will work directly with IT leadership, product owners, technical teams, and various SHI departments to ensure the successful implementation of CRM solutions.This position is required to report to the SHI Somerset, NJ office location as determined by SHI management.About UsSince 1989, SHI International Corp. has helped organizations change the world through technology. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
