The Digital & IT Senior Business Analyst works directly with Business dept. leaders, cross-functional users, Enterprise & Group IT & business stakeholders and Vendor teams in planning, building/acquiring, Implementing, and supporting IT Business Applications solutions in support of the divisions Digital and IT strategic vision and roadmap. This position is located in Simi Valley, CA.JOB CORE RESPONSIBILITIESActs as a subject matter expert for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other business Applications/systems.Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze existing processes, and identify areas for improvement, both technology and/or processes.Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional/technical requirements, and build or coordinate with Parker Shared service teams to deliver IT solutions.Architect, configure Applications, test processes, document process work instructions and train users on Application processes while implementing new processes or solutions.Researching and analyzing user's business requirements, technical specifications, writing test plans in support of business functions, process knowledge and system requirements.Data analysis and reporting: Analyze complex datasets, perform data mapping, and design/develop reports and analytic solution with meaningful insights to support decision-making.Change management: Support organizational change initiatives by facilitating communication, training, and user adoption activities.Understands business impact; Create and communicate decisions impacting the wider business, effectively managing customer expectations.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and successful implementation of new processes and systems.Project coordination: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities. Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely completion and adherence to project scope.Producing Cost Benefit Analysis and recommending solution to improve business process(es).Completes root cause analysis of issues and decisively leads problem resolution.Other responsibilities as assigned:Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary.JOB SPECIFICATIONSEducation: (REQUIRED) Bachelor's degree in Computing Science, MIS, or Information Systems is required.Years Experience:Min 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.Solid knowledge of ERP processes in a complex manufacturing environment. Prior experience with SAP, a plus.Experience in implementing or supporting business processes & applications system including ERP solution for manufacturing, finance & Supply chain.Proficient in IT life-cycle management methodologies, including design, development, testing, project management and change management.SkillsStrong customer service orientation.Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.Demonstrate effective decision-making and critical thinking skills.Proficient in analyzing and documenting complex business processes.Ability to travel as needed.Ability to apply innovative thinking toward problem resolution.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Physical Demands:Ability to work for extended periods of time while sitting or standing.Ability to use hands and fingers for extended periods of time.Ability to perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time.Ability to lift and move equipment up to 30 pounds.WORK AUTHORIZATION:

This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. Citizen within the meaning of ITAR.Please note that the salary range information is only applicable for California. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, candidate experience, qualifications, location as well as market and business considerations.
