Lead QA Analyst . The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.Responsibilities:Be a champion of QA best practices, promoting them to the whole teamWork together with the Engineering Manager and Project Manager to ensure quality and timely progress of developmentPartner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to discuss and define requirements and acceptance criteriaPerform hands-on testing across platformsContribute to robust, scalable, and high-quality solutions for functional, regression and performance testingDevelop and execute test plans and test cases with a strong emphasis on using code to solve technical challenges and shorten the test cycle through automationQualifications:6+ years of QA experienceExperience in managing and reporting defects using JIRA, Confluence, or similarKnowledge of QA Automation with tools like Ruby, Selenium, and Cucumber.Experience writing, managing, and executing end-to-end test plans and test casesDemonstrated understanding of quality assurance principles, inspection techniques, and testing proceduresDeep knowledge of cross-platform/browser compatibility testing methodologiesEffective verbal and written communication skills
