The Operations Program Manager will oversee the operational duties of a multi-year grant designed to shrink health disparities in the San Gabriel Valley.This is a 12-month grant funded position, with a possible extension until 11/30/2025 or beyond, dependent on funding.Responsibilities:

Design, build, and manage programming supporting health interventions for vulnerable populations in the San Gabriel ValleySupport management team of 10+ coordinators, admin staff, and public health fellowsHost community events that help bring awareness and shrink health disparities for at-risk communitiesServe as liaison with Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, community partners, and partner Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs)Manage the administration, reporting, and budgetary obligations associated with the programEnsure program is in compliance, adhering to all program guidelines, policies, protocols and workflowsUpdates and shares community resources with program staffTrack and monitor program data and deliverablesOther duties as assignedScope and Travel:

Travel to and from CORE’s Los Angeles Headquarters (Chinatown) to the San Gabriel Valley (Cities of Rosemead, El Monte, South El Monte)Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Data Science or a relevant field (Master’s or higher preferred)Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years experience in non-profit management, with emphasis on public health-related programmingDemonstrated experience working families from diverse age, cultural, ethnic and socioeconomic backgroundsSignificant management skills, as well as demonstrated experience in report writing, budget managementDemonstrated experience in identifying, developing, and maintaining partnerships with private, nonprofit, and government entitiesSkills and Competencies:

Demonstrated experience in collecting, managing, and synthesizing data for internal and external audiencesExcellent organizational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skillsHigh EQ, with demonstrated experience in managing culturally diverse teams and personalitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in MS Office applications, ArcGIS, and relevant data management softwareAbility to work closely with team members, supporting HR needs of staff, as well other programmatic obligationsWork proactively with little supervisionFlexible and adaptive to a frequently changing environmentClose attention to detail and a high level of accuracyPreferred: Fluency in English, as well as Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese), and/or Vietnamese (reading and writing)$75,087 - $75,087 a year
