The Sr. Global Product Manager at Regal Rexnord will be responsible for driving the success of the Conveyance Metal Wire Belting product line, with a specific emphasis on the Cambridge branded product lines. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, ensuring product excellence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs. All of this with an 80/20 mindset. You must be passionate about innovation with purpose, customer success, and continuous improvement to be fully successful in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy and Roadmap:Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for the Metal Wire Belting product line or Cambridge BrandDefine short-term and long-term product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to influence the product roadmap.Product Lifecycle Management:Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life using RRX 80/20 FrameworkDefine pricing strategies and product positioningMonitor product performance, analyze sales data, and recommend improvements.Product Development:Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams to design, develop, and launch new products.Complete market and product requirement documentation for new product concepts.Ensure timely execution of product development projects.Market Analysis and Customer Insights:Conduct market research to understand customer pain points, preferences, and emerging trends.Gather insights from customers, sales teams, and industry experts to inform product decisions.Monitor competitive offerings and adjust product strategies accordingly.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and customer service teams.Provide product training and support to internal stakeholders.Quality and Compliance:Ensure product compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and certifications.Address quality issues promptly and drive continuous improvement.Experience and Skill RequiredBachelor's Degree in Engineering or BusinessMinimum 7-10 years of relevant B2B product management and new product marketing/ commercialization experience in the industrial manufacturing industryWillingness to travel 20-30%Experience and Skill PreferredMasters of Business Administration or equivalent preferredKnowledge of food, industrial, and/or consumer goods industries sectorLeadership CompetenciesCustomer Focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.Business Insight - Applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals.Communicates Effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that clearly understand different audiences' unique needs.Instills Trust - Gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug CoverageSpending accounts (HSA, Health Care FSA and Dependent Care FSA)Paid Time Off and Holidays401k Retirement Plan with Matching Employer ContributionsLife and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) InsurancePaid LeavesTuition AssistanceAbout Regal RexnordRegal Rexnord is a $6.5B publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
