As a member of the team, you will be joining our company at an opportune time - a time of growth and development. As an office manager, you will have an opportunity to implement new processes for supporting day-to-day office operations as well as grow your career in HR/People operations.Your Responsibilities:Managing and purchasing office suppliesCoordinating special events, travel arrangements, and executive meetingsWorking with building management to address office maintenance and/or repairsOverseeing ordering weekly office lunches for the officeGreeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional wayAssisting with various other people operations logistics and arrangementsMinimum Requirements:3+ years of relevant experience working as an office manager or administrative assistantExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyExperience working as an office manager for a private wealth management, hedge fund, or other financial services is a plusRequired to be in office Monday-Thursday with the opportunity to work from home on FridaysBenefits:Competitive salary plus bonus based on individual and company performanceCollaborative, casual, and friendly work environmentPPO health, dental, and vision insurance premiums fully covered for you and your dependentsPre-tax commuter benefitsWeekly company meals
