We are looking for committed individuals who can bring talent and experience in areas of purchasing, procurement, and inventory control. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and purchasing materials required for current and new products. This position will be based out of our headquarters in San Jose, CA.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitoring the MRP, placing PO and releasing PO and following up closely with vendors to achieve sales demand and fulfillment.Managing purchase order and change order issuance and accuracy.Proactively tracking and ensuring alignment between capacity plan priorities and supplier deliveries.Driving the supplier schedule to meet the overall schedule requirements and priorities.Reviewing and monitoring inventory levels against sales ratio and sales forecast; responding to changes in sales trend and sales forecast.Conducting supply chain risk assessment for lead-time, flexibility, and cost to meet schedule and implementing supplier flexibility strategies, as necessary.Other projects and tasks may be assigned based on business needs.Qualifications:

BS in Business major background preferred.3+ years relevant work experience in supply chain management.Experience in handling high value commodity and high-volume transactions.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Skilled in coordinating and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.Good interpersonal and presentation skills.Advanced Excel skills.Able to function in a very fast-paced environment and can adapt to changes quickly.Extremely detail-oriented and self-driven.Please note that this position requires regular in-office attendance. The successful candidate is expected to be present in the office during standard working hours as determined by the company. In-office collaboration and participation in team meetings, training sessions, and other on-site activities are essential aspects of this role. Candidates should consider the commuting distance and be prepared to fulfill their responsibilities in the designated office location.Salary Range:

$67,000 - $98,000The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.EEO Statement:
