We will empower you to lead, develop deep expertise, and find new approaches to solving the toughest challenges.Position Overview:The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is seeking a coordinator for the Chamber Technology Engagement Center (C_TEC) team. The ideal candidate will work across policy teams supporting multiple executives in day-to-day operations and special projects. Project management skills and the ability to keep projects on task and on time are critical to succeed in this position.Responsibilities:Schedule and coordinate meetings.Maintain calendars and handle travel arrangements.Process expense reports and compile briefing materials.Greet visitors.Respond to routine inquiries and refer matters to appropriate staff.Ensure quality control and adherence to Chamber policies and procedures.Manage special projects and handle other duties as assigned.Partner closely with other internal and external executive assistants to plan and implement meetings and coordinate shared activities.Coordinate international and domestic travel and process expense reports.Qualifications:Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a supporting role in a high-level, fast-paced environment.Exceptional scheduling, organization, and administrative and project management skills with the ability to pivot at a moment’s notice.Superb customer and client service.Professional demeanor with a strong sense of diplomacy and personal accountability.Outstanding verbal and interpersonal communication skills with grace under pressure.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.The ability to determine urgency and manage multiple tasks calmy, efficiently, and effectively.A positive and professional attitude, the ability to handle confidential information, and able to deftly interact with individuals at all levels.Skilled in Office 365.The salary range for this position is $48,400.00 to $60,000.00. The actual salary paid for this position will vary based on market data, an applicant’s qualifications, relevant degrees, certifications, and other factors.
