Level 4 Sr Principal International Trade Compliance Analyst
to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals! This position will be located
on site
in
Redondo Beach, CA and supports a part-time hybrid telework arrangement.
The selected candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's International Trade Compliance organization, supporting the Air Dominance F-35 portfolio, to meet the goals and objectives of the AS Business Management organization.
What You'll Get To Do:
Responsibilities Include:
Provide advice and guidance concerning the requirements, interpretation, and obligations of U.S. export regulations and implementation of such requirements
Develop and execute licensing strategies, export authorizations, training, and guidance based upon knowledge of the U.S. export regulations and implementation of Northrop Grumman policies and procedures
Contribute to preparing, submitting, tracking, obtaining, and managing from the U.S. government, all necessary export and import authorizations
Review and approve export transactional requests involving engineering support services, meetings, employee travel, visitor access, technical data/defense service exports, and hardware exports
Assist with investigations and reviews of possible ITC escapes and disclosures
Assist in the development, revision, and implementation of trade compliance policies and procedures as necessary
Develop and deliver presentations, including export/import training, program/function specific export/import training, lessons learned, and program/capture export licensing strategy updates to leadership
Contribute to key ITC infrastructure elements including people, processes/procedures, automated solutions/tools, training, and metrics
Job Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in utilizing and applying the ITAR and EAR (Both are US export regulations: ITAR falls under Dept of State Jurisdiction and EAR is Commerce Dept)
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with DECCS, SNAP-R, OCR EASE, GTS and/or other automated licensing and compliance systems and/or resources
Experience working complex and high-volume production programs
Experience with non-US trade regulations/processes
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
Active DOD Secret Clearance

$109,900 - $164,900
