Bilingual Customer Care Associate I (English/Spanish)

for our Las Vegas, Nevada office. Your job will be to answer calls from customers as well as from retail partners. The main responsibility in this role is to respond to questions related to payments, general inquiries, how to use our product, and anything else our customers would like to know. This will be an hourly position that requires schedule flexibility with possible nights and/or weekends.Please Note: This position is in a Call Center, in office (non-remote) environmentRequirements
