Monitor key funnel and loan performance metrics, reports, and dashboards to evaluate the performance of our products and understand the root causes of changesEstablish key performance metrics and develop automated reporting and alerting using SQL and PythonBuild predictive models to optimize lending decisions by using advanced statistical modeling and simulation techniquesConduct analysis using advanced data analytics to evaluate trends in funnel and loan performance and provide optimization strategy recommendations to improve metricsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement funnel or underwriting strategy changes, monitor releases, and perform impact analysisDesign A/B testing for models and underwriting strategies, evaluate impact, and provide recommendationsRequirements:
Bachelor's in math, statistics, computer science, engineering or related fieldExperience with relational databases and SQLExperience with data analytics and statistical modelingData analysis experience with PythonStrong quantitative and problem-solving skills with key attention to detailAbility to manage projects with tight deadlines, follow through to completion, and present conclusions of analysis to senior management in an organized and thoughtful manner
