This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the President/General Manager of KCBS and KCAL.

OVERVIEW/ROLE DETAILS:

Provide fast, accurate, and thoughtful responses to requests, and follow up on action items in support of the executiveOften acting as first point of contact both internally and externally, greet visitors, and employees in a friendly and professional mannerOffer calendar management and schedules/coordinates meetingsScreens and responds to incoming calls and correspondencePrepares agendas, notices, presentation materials for meetings as requiredPerforms administrative duties such as filing, typing, ordering supplies and copying documentsPlan and implement small scale gatherings and events for the stationREQUIRED:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred Experience in the entertainment industry or comparable professional experienceMinimum 2 years of related experienceVery organized and detail oriented; able to manage multiple high priorities and proactively anticipate/manage time efficientlyAbility to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines with a calm mannerHighly Proficient with MS software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal ability.Highly organizedPREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Hiring Salary Range: $70,000.00 - 80,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
