About the jobReporting to the Director, EHS Operational Excellence, you'll work with all enterprise EHS team members, Conagra's operations support departments, manufacturing sites, and Supply Chain Leadership. You will develop and implement an integrated approach to safety, environmental, and sustainability risk management with daily operations; reduce the frequency and severity of incidents, minimize the impact on the environment, and support the development of a more proactive, productive, and effective EHS team.ResponsibilitiesSupport the EHS Operational Excellence Director and Platform EHS Directors through process implementation, training to build capability, and communication effectiveness.Ensure EHS best practices are promoted across the network and develop a repository to organize and communicate those practices.Integrate tools and technology solutions to gather and analyze EHS risks and data to foster the development of a world-class EHS culture and results.Manage projects and project team resources, coordinating implementation and capability building within the EHS team and across the network.Promote a world-class EHS culture by developing systems, processes, and tools to identify EHS risk, mitigate risk, and prevent losses within the daily work of Conagra manufacturing operations.Develop training materials and deliver training at enterprise and site levels to build capability towards EHS systems, processes, and tools.Use behavioral analysis tools to analyze behaviors and organizational culture to develop programs and materials to promote desired Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) goals.Analyze EHS and Sustainability data to offer insights and suggestions for system and process improvements and completion of EHS performance targets.Support Conagra EHS Audit and Assessment process to ensure compliance, management system effectiveness, and employee engagement in loss prevention.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environmental Engineering.5+ years of practical industrial or manufacturing EHS experience.Experience training large groups.Develop and lead projects and project teams to on-time delivery of milestones and work products.Understanding of OSHA and EPA (state and federal) regulations.Interpret State and Federal regulations and applicability to facilities to ensure compliance.Experience performing risk assessments, audits, and root cause analysis.Define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.We ask that you travel 40-50%.At this time, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future.We care about your total well-being and will support you with the following, subject to your location and role:Health:
