The role will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights that help meet company goals.A successful Associate will quickly build a deep understanding of the business and be able to effectively communicate results. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, strategic thinker able to thrive in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment. Dive into data and processes to understand major operational challenges and opportunitiesPresent findings to stakeholders and recommend actionable solutions for non-analytical partners including Senior LeadershipBuild analytics that track progress towards company KPIs and drivers of performance that are critical to achieving company and business unit goalsWork closely with the product and operations teams in monitoring and validating releasesWhat we look for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, STEM, or other analytical fieldPrior experience in Strategy Consulting, Financial Services, or Start-up environments a plusFamiliarity with doing analysis in Excel and coding in SQLExperience in Python or R is not required but a plusLooker or Tableau experience is a plusQuick learner; willing to dive in and get their hands dirtyDesire to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously learn and iterateJoin our dynamic team and contribute to Above Lending’s success as we continue to provide innovative lending solutions to our customers.
