The Beverage Program Manager for Eurest Dining Services at Intuit manages and is responsible for the proper operation, set up and successful execution of the entire beverage operations. They are to have oversight of all operations and provide tools to our staff that will allow them to provide excellent service and hospitality.In this role, you will:Provide excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document preparation and presentation skills with multiple teams, departments and people across the entire account.Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.Take a hands-on approach to addressing real-time problems and opportunities.Develop spreadsheets to track purchasing, spend, and create monthly reports.Measure/analyze key operations metrics, identify improvement opportunities and deliver actionable insights.Interact professionally with other employees, guests and suppliers.Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.Research and develop new and innovative beverage experiences.Meet all timelines for payroll, service, accounts receivables, human resources, corporate office and all other timelines given by Client and management.Teach and adhere to Eurest's philosophy, culture and commitment to quality food and outstanding service.Provide onsite support to all beverage associates during operational hours.Supervise and develop staff.Maintain customer service and client relations.Represent the company in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner in all customer, client and employee interactions.Respond to all comments and complaints within 24 hours and follow up with a written response.Interact with customers and resolve customer complaints in a friendly and service-oriented manner.Communicate with the Client honestly, accurately and in a timely manner.Analyze weekly business and make recommendations.Assist in writing and revising the Beverage Operations Manual.Complete bi-weekly inventory and ordering audit.Maintain and monitor payroll in conjunction with business forecasts and the budget.Ensure that food cost meets budgetary goals each week.Ensure that overall coffee bar operations meet standards and expectations.Oversee the daily appearance and upkeep of all applicable beverage locations.Manage the proper and consistent execution of all menu items at all coffee bars.Qualifications:5+ years Food & Beverage Management Experience.Demonstrated success managing department budget, P&L.Team Management Experience.Apply to Eurest today!Eurest is a member of Compass Group USA.Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
