We're seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to drive product innovation efforts across global markets. In this role, you'll focus on developing and executing product strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and collaborating with franchisees and suppliers to elevate our brand's success internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Product Innovation: Drive the development and prioritization of new and core product pipelines, defining and implementing innovative processes to enhance global sales and customer engagement.Collaborate and Influence: Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring complex projects from concept to launch, building strong relationships with vendors, franchisees, and internal departments.Drive Strategic Initiatives: Develop strategies based on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging food technologies to create products that drive efficiency and profitability.Team Leadership: Inspire and manage both direct and indirect reports, fostering a culture of creativity and high performance with a hands-on approach to coaching and development.Global Perspective: Support all international regions, including China, Asia Pacific, Middle East, Latin America, and new markets, tailoring product development strategies to meet diverse regional needs.Communicate Effectively: Present new product concepts and strategies to executives, franchisees, and professional organizations, articulating ideas clearly to inspire action towards corporate goals.What We're Looking For

Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred. 7-10 years of progressive R&D experience in QSR or food service, with 3-5 years of experience managing product development teams.Skills & Attributes: Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams to create and implement successful product innovations with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Willingness to travel globally up to 30%.Additional Information
