Working with Technical resources to support projects with Customer Web Portal and Panels (Web pages)Other projects will be in the Financial functional area in our MMIS SolutionStrengthen the quality and smooth running of important projects as we create innovative, purpose-built technologies and solutions for our company and clients.Lead one or more medium-sized project management teams by overseeing smaller aspects of a larger technological programGo all in as you contribute directly to projects, assist in staffing and overseeing assigned staff by providing direction and deadlines to ensure quality and the timely completion of tasksInterface with the client, company and project team leadership, measuring and communicating project metrics and recommending program changes as neededDrive the quality of project deliverables across all phases of the program by creating objectives, schedules, program definitions and budgetsHelp ensure project timeliness and quality by identifying and mitigating risk through status reporting and project updatesPrepare detailed SOW for clients and obtain agreement and approval from stakeholders on the scope of that workWhat we're looking for
6 years or more of experience working as a Technical Project Manager, with 3 or more years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferredStrong background in .NET technologies including ASP.Net Web FormsExperience working in the Healthcare industry is requiredStrong knowledge in project management methodology such as Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)Modern understanding of budget development, control and assurance methods, and project management softwareAbility to translate broader program objectives of a program into clear and achievable project milestonesLeadership to train, guide and mentor the work of junior colleaguesStrong executive presenter who communicates ideas clearlyCreative problem-solver who thrives on defining structure from ambiguityWhat you should expect in this role
Remote positionMust be able to support Central Time working hoursVideo cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientationThe deadline to submit applications for this posting is 08/05/2024The pay range for this position is $64,900.00 - $92,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
