If this is you, you need to come and play with us here at Sony PlayStation, San Diego Studio!Our team is seeking an Associate Community Manager to help build, develop, and support our community, while contributing to cross-disciplinary decisions that always strive to improve player experiences. You will have the ability to create, grow & maintain our MLB The Show community and be part of one of the best Sports Franchises in history.Responsibilities :Contribute to the development and curation of new and existing organic community strategies and channels.Be an integral part of a team that advocates on behalf of the community, ensuring development priorities are informed of player needs and sentiment.Monitor discussion within the community, help identify patterns, common player issues or community reported bugs, and brainstorm solutions and or prioritization with the broader dev team if needed.Communicate directly with the community, building strong relationships and maintaining a visible external presence through verified communication channels.Assist in planning and curating external and internal messaging regarding community related initiatives, game updates, sentiment, etc., including asset planning and creation.Equal Opportunity Statement:Sony is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
