Experience with Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations.

5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Experience with Data Analysis and SQL.

Understanding of manufacturing costs for consumer products.

As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute operational strategies, identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure program success.

Manage program budgets and ensure cost-effective implementation.

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPI) to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver projects, gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment.

Implement and maintain operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
