Heavy data entry in company CRM softwareMaintaining and updating spreadsheets using MS ExcelFile management, organization and clerical supportMaintain office documents using Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookPerform other tasks and functions as assigned to provide support to other team members and internal departmentsQualifications:
Experience working in a corporate environmentCollege degree preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPersonable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentSkills:
Strong attention to detailAbility to type 60 wpmAbility to effectively multitaskProficient with Microsoft Office Suite - mainly Word, Excel and OutlookExperience:
2 – 4 years of recent administrative, data entry, or clerical support experience in a corporate environmentWork Hours:
