We believe in promoting from within and elevating our teams and customers to new heights.Position Title: Warehouse ManagerReports To: ExecutiveLocation: Hebron, OhioPosition Type: Full TimePay Rate: Salary Exempt within a range of $75,000 - $85,000 based on experience and specific rental management qualifications.We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing rental equipment shops , coordinating warehouse operations, and will play a crucial role in supporting drilling operations through effective warehouse and equipment management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, equipment maintenance, and order fulfillment.Oversee a small team of Warehouse Coordinators and a Mechanic, responsible for fleet maintenance.Implement and maintain an efficient system for tracking equipment, ensuring timely returns and proper maintenance.Coordinate with the Operations Manager and Crew Lead Supervisor to ensure equipment availability for projects/jobs.Develop and enforce safety protocols for warehouse and equipment handling procedures.Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiency.Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for equipment and parts.Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, equipment utilization, and maintenance schedules.Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program for the company’s fleet.Required QualificationsA minimum of five (5) years’ experience in warehouse management, preferably in the construction or drilling industry.Proven years of experience managing a rental business.Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and practices.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office suites.Valid driver's license and ability to operate various warehouse equipment.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with HDD equipment and operations.Experience with fleet maintenance scheduling and management.OSHA 10 or 30 certification.Ability to quickly address equipment issues and logistical challenges.Strong verbal and written skills to coordinate with various departments and clients.Ensure accurate inventory records and maintenance logs.Efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Quarterly Standards & Measurables (KPI’s)Inventory Management

Maintain inventory accuracy rate of 98% or higher.Achieve inventory turnover ratio of 4 or higher.

Maintain equipment utilization rate of 80% or higher.Keep average equipment idle time below 5%.Operations Efficiency

Maintain order fulfillment accuracy of 99% or higher.Keep average order processing time under 24 hours.

Safety Performance

Maintain zero reportable safety incidents per quarter.100% completion rate for scheduled safety training and drills.

Fleet Management

95% or higher adherence to preventative maintenance schedules.Keep fleet downtime due to unplanned maintenance below 5%.

Maintain warehouse operating costs within 2% of the budget.Achieve 5% year-over-year reduction in cost per order processed.Customer Satisfaction

Keep equipment-related customer complaints below 5 per quarter.

Team Management

Maintain employee turnover rate below 10% annually.Ensure 100% of staff receive quarterly and annual performance reviews as well as bi-monthly 1-2-1’s.

Maintain 95% or higher with on-time delivery rates from key suppliers.Achieve 3% or more in cost savings through supplier negotiations annually.Compliance and Reporting

100% compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.Deliver all required reports accurately and on time.

Process and Improvement

Implement at least one (1) new process improvement initiative per quarter.Demonstrate measurable efficiency gain from each implemented initiative.

Cross Departmental Coordination

Maintain 95% or higher fulfillment rate for equipment requests from field operations.Zero (0) project delays due to equipment availability issues.
