Background & Purpose of the JobUnilever’s Power of One CMI team focuses on driving impact across the categories and the country through insights from analytics. A key objective of this position is to solve business problems in an agile fashion with leaders across all 5 Business Units (BU) in the USA. In addition, the role requires leadership in managing our CMI Performance Data Strategy and Assets - POS, Panel and other vendors to aid in accurate and timely reporting across teams. The Senior Manager will lead day-to-day data discussions on the partnerships and the quality of the data (including attribution), in addition to evaluating new tools and techniques from these agencies in partnership with the Senior Director. This individual will also lead all internal trainings on new data and tools.Who You Are & What You’ll DoYou’re a born leader

- You believe that data is Unilever’s greatest asset – it drives growth, transforms companies and is the biggest bet against disruption.Communicate strategic and operational recommendations to CMI BU Leads, GMs, & Category Leadership teams.Manage Key Metrics reporting across BUs for the USA. This individual will also own the relationship with our Global CMI team to ensure that there is alignment between local and global tools.Help manage rollout of key analytic tools, including price elasticity studies.Partner with specialists in the areas of Pricing and Media Modeling to help guide the marketing team in their business decisions.Build stories using multiple data sets and synthesize into clear insights; suggest analytical approaches, analyze the data yourself or partner with agencies to tell the story with data.Monitor competitors’ activities and market changes, understanding how they will impact the Unilever business.Stay on top of “new news” within the Performance data space – actively look for opportunities to expand market coverage and find creative solutions to requests from our teams.Partner with the D&A team to ensure core data sets are ingested to support business tools and processes.Manage Research & Data budgets, ultimately making recommendations to BU leaders based on needs.Manage and coach 1-2 direct reports.What You’ll Need To SucceedDemonstrated high performance, at least 7 years of relevant insights & analytics experience.Prior experience working with core data agencies like Circana, Numerator, and NIQ is critical for this role.Prior experience managing direct reports.Proven ability to think through problems, provide clear logic, and influence stakeholders with actionable recommendations.Comfortable presenting complex information to senior level audiences – both verbally and in writing.Highly skilled in Excel (Advanced) and affinity for other analytic tools.Project positive attitude with history of dependability, resourcefulness and goal orientation.Passionate, Curious attitude, Strong interpersonal skills, Flexible, and Team player.Undergraduate degree required. Advanced degree in Marketing, Marketing Research, Analytics, Economics or Business preferred.MS Office proficiency required.Modeling experience welcomed.Pay : The pay range for this position is $113,400 to $170,200. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.Bonus:
