We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers, and find a place where they belong.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCloseout ManagementProject accounting including use of accounting systems and various databasesEntry and maintenance of budgets, purchase orders, and change ordersVerification of general contractors pay applications for completeness and adherence to contract terms and conditionsProvide financial reports and project status information as neededKnowledge Management and training to include creation and maintenance of training materials, maintain and develop project management field manualVendor maintenance in compliance with client’s policiesVendor aging managementSystems support, including troubleshooting and issue resolutionSupport projects from initiation to closeoutTenant improvement allowance package submission and trackingSingle point of contact for systems, training, process, general questions, and issue resolution for assigned regionsProcess ImprovementMetric-based reporting internal to Project Management TeamOther responsibilities related to the job directly asked by the supervisor.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a construction-related field is desiredExperience with accounting software; minimum of 1-2 years of practical experience in Project administration / Training/ Accounts PayableIntermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, VisioExperience in construction management or real estateAccounts payable and vendor management experienceHighly organized with strong analytical skillsExcellent communication skillsSelf-motivated and able to work with little directionTeam player with a desire to help othersEstimated total compensation for this position is:
60,000.00 – 70,000.00 USD per yearLocation:
