Leveraging AI, automation, and rollout of advanced cyber controls that support digital transformation strategies.

Implementing advanced technologies in clinical and administrative areas.

Furthering development of the end user support model to help enhance modern infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap, aligning it with the overall business strategy.

Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on stakeholder input.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application analysts, architects, developers, and analytics, to ensure successful product development and delivery.

Create and maintain a product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.

Monitor and analyze healthcare trends, products, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements.

Participate in agile development processes, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Communicate and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features to NM are delivered first.

Ensure the product meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with Information Service teams to ensure timely delivery and resource allocation.

Continuously evaluate and optimize the product based on user feedback and business goals.

Act as a point of contact for product-related queries and provide guidance to stakeholders on using the information systems effectively.

Qualifications

Required:

5 years’ experience as a product owner or similar role in Information Technology.

Scrum Product Owner certified or obtain certification within 6 months of hire date.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of information systems, data management, and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.

Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Understanding of user experience research and design principles to ensure user-friendly and intuitive information systems.

Familiarity with project management tools and software development lifecycles.
