Social Tap is a fast paced high end sports bar located in the heart of East Village, right next to Petco Park.
We are currently looking for the right candidate to fill our FOH Manager Position.
Responsibilities:
Opening/closing duties and daily operations of the front-of-the-house functions, including appearance, presentation, guest experience, professional leadership, and direction to front-of-the-house Members.
Take initiative to help out with all aspects of the restaurant and be well versed in all FOH roles.
Lead the service team on the floor to ensure an exemplary Guest experience.
Resolve any Guest issues during service.
Assist and support service, acting as a server/bartender when necessary.
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed by all staff.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of restaurant supervisory experience in a high volume setting. Advanced food/beverage/service knowledge, a passion for the industry, and a dedication to Guest service are all required.
Qualifications:
High volume, fast paced experience.
A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and ability to positively influence the workplace with an upbeat and outgoing demeanor.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
