The Cyber Risk Sr Officer I is a strategic professional who closely follows the latest trends in their field and adapts them for application within their job and the business. Typically, a small number of people within the business provide the same level of expertise. Excellent communication skills are required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence, and convince others, particularly colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. This role is accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business and necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. Primarily affects a sub-function and is responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.

Responsibilities:Establishes and oversees the application of operational risk policies, technology and tools, and governance processes to create lasting solutions for minimizing losses from failed internal processes, inadequate controls, and emerging risks.Develops publications and briefings of multi-source intelligence products on threat issues.Establishes criteria, tools, and methodologies used for threat intelligence and threat analysis.Serves as the substantive analytical authority for analysis and production of intelligence assessments on the impact of threats to Citi globally.Produces innovative strategic-level intelligence reports that promote decision-making to advance the safety and security of Citi's infrastructure and brand.Leads intelligence production within the Risk organization, producing strategic intelligence products and threat forecasts, and serves as a primary liaison to the first-line intelligence components.Reviews analytical products and drives analytical planning and the intelligence production cycle.Handles intelligence projects and programs with various participants and stakeholders while guiding analytical efforts on complex issues. Drives outcomes and recommendations of intelligence projects into Citi businesses globally.Guides decisions by intelligence, policy, business, and client groups concerning threat issues.Develops, implements, and tracks performance metrics on the impact of intelligence production on business processes, procedures, and/or policies globally.Partners with senior Citi staff to produce strategic threat intelligence products and threat forecasts.Assesses risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:10+ years relevant experience.Knowledgeable about current and emerging trends.Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence, and convince others, particularly colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers, with experience in complex judgments and solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought comparing and selecting complex alternatives.Education:Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred.Job Family Group:
