You’ll lead a team of engaged professionals that have a passion for fitness and helping our members achieve More Life!
Responsibilities:
Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workoutsMaking sure members are using the correct form and offering corrections if they aren’tUnderstanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general and being aware of what the competition is doingKnowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workoutBeing a team playerMinimum Requirements:
Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory FitnessBe AED/CPR certifiedSpecific job duties and selection requirements vary between Orangetheory studio locations and more details can be provided by the studio’s hiring manager if you are selected to move forward in the interview process.
