Enterprise/Solution Architect

to support our

Global Supply Chain (GSC) domain . Reporting to the Enterprise Architecture Group in the CTO Organization, the Principal Enterprise Architect will help in defining the next generation technology platform and product platform architectures. The role will collaborate across many domain areas including digital, supply chain, HR/Financials and Data Warehousing. The role will be a key contributor to technology roadmaps, blueprints and technology product governance affecting key business metrics including new revenue, NPS etc.What Your Impact Will Be:Design and implement enterprise-level solutions that align with business objectives.Create and maintain architecture blueprints primarily in the area of Application Modernization and Cloud based implementation.Participate in strategic planning and blueprinting exercises by providing current state knowledge as well as insights into the future direction.Make key technology/design decisions affecting large strategic projects with limited information.Develop solution designs and lead implementation efforts from an architecture perspective for all Technology Platform projects.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.Drive migration strategies to transition from legacy systems to modern technologies.Implement best practices for optimizing the performance of applications and infrastructure.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, information technology or related field plus 8+ years of related experience as an enterprise/solution architect; Master’s degree preferred.Hands-on experience in enterprise data modeling and object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD).Strong expertise in Demand and Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Manufacturing and Shop Floor Planning and EDI Processes.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong understanding of cloud computing, microservices architecture, and containerization.In-depth knowledge of Google Cloud, IoT, Industry 4.0, Kafka, ETL, Data architectures.Experience developing business process frameworks based on an eTOM model.Strong expertise in UML and BPMN standards.Industry experience in Consumer Product Goods and Retail/Manufacturing industry is a plus.10-25% Travel required to meet with vendors and internal partners.Additional Qualifications (Preferred):SAFE Agile Architect Certification.RPG/Cobol/Mainframe Knowledge and Experience.Experience in platforms such as Anaplan, IBM iSeries, Oracle Agile PLM, etc.Understanding of Business Process Frameworks.Understanding of data pipelines, data governance and data quality.TOGAF Certification is highly desirable.The annual base salary range for this position is between $135,000 and $170,000. This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.Don’t meet every single requirement?
