We are looking for a reliable Sr. Restoration Construction Manager to join our team! As a Restoration Construction Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing, planning, managing, and tracking the progress of our construction projects.Ideal candidate will have 5-15+ years prior experience in Project Management of Commercial RESTORATION Projects. Worked on Commercial properties with Fire & Water Damage.Construction Manager Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee, manage and direct construction projects from beginning to endReview and monitor the project in-depthEnsure schedule of all the deliverablesBudget planning and cost estimatingTrack inventory regularlyPrepare internal and external reports pertaining to job statusPlan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging onesMonitor and guide compliance with building and safety regulationsTrain and give feedback to construction workers and subcontractorsEnsure tools, materials and equipment are availableManage and mitigate risksAlways ensure quality construction standardsConstruction Project Manager Requirements
Proven working experience in construction management or similar role10-15+ years prior experience in Project Management of restorationGood knowledge of construction management processesExperience with construction management software packagesAbility to plan and see the “big picture”Outstanding knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standardsCompetent in conflict and crisis managementJob Type:
