Shifts Available:All Days - Morning - times will varyAll Days - Afternoon - times will varyKey Responsibilities:Travel to JSB client sites by public transportation or your personal carConduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with JSB standardsProvide comprehensive training for new security guards on-siteParticipate in and assist with training classes led by managersConduct security post inspections and regular check-insPrepare detailed reports for every site visitObserve, document, and report any potential hazards or issues affecting security guards, JSB, or our clientsRespond to on-site incidents and prepare detailed incident and log reportsProvide on-site coaching and training for guards and security professionalsAddress and correct any inappropriate performance by security guardsEnforce JSB's policies and procedures by issuing write-ups when necessaryMaintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all timesHold post as needed at any siteOther duties as neededRequirements:3 years of proven security supervisor experienceValid New York State Security Guard LicenseAbility to quickly obtain site-specific certifications, including OSHA 10 Hour Construction & Safety, Fireguard S-60 & S-95, TWICHigh School Diploma or G.E.D. requiredFlexible work schedule, including weekendsComfortable working outdoorsStrong team management skills, including scheduling and coverageExcellent communication skills to de-escalate situations effectivelyStrong work ethic and commitment to excellenceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCommand of the English language and ability to communicate clearlyProficiency in using smartphones and tabletsProfessional demeanor and appearanceMinimum age requirement of 18 years old (or as per state regulations)Authorized to legally work in the United StatesSuccessful completion of a drug test with negative resultsPass an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verification, as well as Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks, if applicableIf prior military, must be able to provide a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, upon job offerBenefits:401K for a secure futureDirect Deposit (bi-weekly payroll)Healthcare coverage for you and your dependentsPaid Vacation to recharge and relaxSick TimeTransportation reimbursementTransitChek for easy commuting
