We value folks of all ages, sex, ethnicity, colour, ethnic or national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, civil status, disability, or any other protected characteristics as per applicable law.The project manager contributes to the effective management of various planning and execution stages of a project by ensuring rigorous task tracking, coordinating and communicating between different teams, and assisting in problem-solving.In this role you will:Participate in all planning discussions while ensuring clear communication and understanding of game design and process/deliverable development;Manage JIRA and Confluence tasks;Promote clear communication channels between areas of expertise;Lead the team in daily activities such as removing encountered obstacles and resolving general issues;Guide the team in achieving high-level product delivery milestones within scheduled timeframes while tracking stakeholder expectations for each deliverable;Work closely with the team to ensure they focus on the right priorities throughout production;Collaborate with external vendors;Assist in preparing documents, plans, and progress reports.What we're looking for:3 to 5 years of experience in video game design and having delivered or contributed to at least 2 games on a major console or PC;Good understanding of all aspects of game development;Ability to plan and track multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;Know how to identify and escalate potential risks if necessary;Good team management skills and coordination of different groups/sectors and activities;Experience working with external vendors is an asset;Good communication skills in English and French (spoken and written).Behaviour Interactive is the largest Canadian gaming studio, with more than 1,300 employees worldwide.
