Do you have experience with high-volume, e-commerce distribution? If so, we have an awesome full-time, permanent role for you. Ideal candidates will have five or more years of warehouse management experience, be accustomed to working to meet production goals, and have availability to work any day of the week. Candidates who are bi-lingual in English and Spanish are preferred.Responsibilities:Monitor and manage the processing of inbound containers, ensuring accurate and timely receipt of goods.Oversee the processing of outbound general orders, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping.Maintain high standards of order accuracy and on-time delivery.Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, overseeing general maintenance when necessary.Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention.Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages.Establish and maintain clear communication channels with our team in China, facilitating efficient information exchange regarding inventory, orders, and operational updates.Essential Functions:Manual lifting up to 50lbs.Standing for 8 hours at one time.Working up to 8 hours of overtime per week.Skills:StandingInstructingProblem SolvingOral CommunicationDecision MakingOrganizationCoachingManagingReceiving materials (5 years of experience preferred)Production goals (5 years of experience required)LeadingOperationsQualifications:Years of experience: 5 yearsSalary: $65,000 - $80,000 per yearShift: FirstWork hours: 7 AM - 5 PMEducation: AssociateRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
