The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $96,000 - $130,000 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range and benefits for your location during the hiring process.The Quality Systems Manager leads all aspects of the ISO program for Red Wing Shoe Company and ensures continuity of certification at all locations. This position is also responsible for assuring complete and accurate Quality Systems Procedures for all locations and that all required training is completed. The Quality Systems Manger will lead and direct a team within the Quality Department to assure compliance with all existing and future quality system. This position will collaborate cross functionally to evaluate the quality systems and performance of suppliers as necessary. This position also deploys and owns relevant software and related training across the whole organization. The Quality Systems Manager will coordinate with quality engineer(s) and/or analysts and provides quality systems data reporting and analysis for all company locations and suppliers.ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead all aspects of the ISO program for Red Wing Shoe Company and ensure continuity of certification at all locations.Company leader for 3rd party ISO audit process including but not limited to key contact for 3rd party ISO auditor, 3 year certification scheduling, managing Surveillance Audits, leading corrective actions and implementing necessary responses of 3rd party audit findings.Leads Internal Audit process including but not limited to ISO compliant business risk assessment/remediation plans, developing internal audit schedule, ensuring sufficient internal auditors, training/mentoring new internal auditors, reviewing internal audit reports, developing audit action plans, facilitating internal audit reporting to Management and maintaining continual audit readiness.Maintain Quality System documentation, including but not limited to accurate/complete/ updated Quality System Procedures, Controlled Forms, Corrective Actions and training records.Develops, executes and ensures accurate tracking of ISO/quality systems training for all locations.Track, assess and report quality performance for quality, manufacturing, tanning, finance or as otherwise requested using statistical and analytical methods.Deploy and maintain relevant quality management software. Conduct related training through relevant parts of the organization and supply baseDevelop and support deployments of quality performance dashboards at the enterprise and facility levels utilizing business intelligence systemsOTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, benchmarking state of the art practices, and participating in professional associations.Provide support for the successful development and implementation of new technology.Maintain SME (Subject Matter Expert) status of ISO standards and implement necessary changes to our Quality System Procedures to remain compliant.Obtain necessary information by maintaining knowledge of RWSC’s electronic communication software.Uphold Red Wing Shoe Company’s core values.Complete other duties as assigned from time to time by your manager.PHYSICAL DEMANDAbility to work in diverse manufacturing environmentsAbility to work multiple shifts as needed (1st, 2nd and 3rd shift)Ability to work weekends as neededWORK ENVIRONMENTOffice and Manufacturing environmentTRAVELTravel to domestic and international facilities as required.Qualifications
