DescriptionBNL Inc, is seeking a support analyst to support multiple tasks and assignments at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). This shall include applicable communication messaging in the accomplishment of this requirement to include any necessary support personnel on-site or off-site. In addition, the qualified professional is responsible for all administrative tasks associated with executing this objective to achieve the desired outcomes.Important Note:

This is currently a fully remote position with the possibility of returning onsite full-time in Alexandria, VA and the possibility of travel as needed.The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Assist in creation of visual dashboards using Tableau or PowerBIAct as an IT analyst to assist with cross cutting technical initiatives throughout the project, including cloud, auto governance, etc.Assist with program management duties, i.e., compilation and creating monthly status reports.Assist with creating presentations for senior stakeholdersAssist with teams with completion of deliverables and develop presentationsAttend meetings with client to capture key takeaways and be able to work with the team to deliver on themDevelop MS PowerBI or Tableau dashboards based on client requirementsAssist with developing and reviewing of client deliverablesRequirementsRequired Skills, Credentials, and Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience in the various responsibilities listed aboveAssociate's DegreeUSPTO Public Trust or the ability to obtain oneGood understanding of IT terms and principlesBasic understanding of cloud technologiesExperience working directly with Tableau or MS PowerBIStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work in a team environment and/or individually to provide support in a variety of tasks.Desired Skills, Credentials, And Qualifications (Not Required):Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related fieldBNL, Inc. is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
