At MGM Resorts, we seek individuals like YOU to create unique and show-stopping experiences for our guests.This role will be based out of the Las Vegas, NV or Dallas, TX areaTHE JOB:The Senior Product Manager for Messaging Solutions will oversee the end-to-end management of digital messaging and campaign initiatives across MGM's physical and digital properties. Acting as the CEO of their product area, they will balance strategic priorities, deliver high-impact solutions, and optimize performance to address critical customer problems and business opportunities. This role combines expertise in engineering, design, business, and customer empathy to drive growth and inspire cross-functional teams.THE DAY TO DAY:Lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across MGM to identify high-value areas and impact customer and business opportunities.Provide thought leadership in emerging technologies essential for product scaling and innovation.Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of complex products and campaigns, spanning multiple feature areas and ensuring alignment with committed goals, customer needs, and operational excellence.Manage and optimize Adobe Campaign for email and push notifications, including the creation and maintenance of email templates that meet compliance and marketability standards.Oversee data governance, compliance, and quality assurance to ensure data integrity and regulatory standards are met.Collect, analyze, and report on data related to messaging campaigns, optimizing strategies, automating customer journeys, and implementing audience segmentation.Develop business cases with finance, analytics, and operational teams, creating data-driven strategies to achieve measurable business outcomes.Balance critical priorities and execute messaging initiatives with precision, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.Lead a team of engineering, design, and operational members to deliver customer-focused products and experiences.Coordinate with various teams to prioritize and execute messaging projects, addressing platform issues or disruptions promptly.Enhance customer experience by optimizing messaging strategies and ensuring high-quality data management and reporting.Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet targeted outcomes and improve real-time communication effectiveness.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or a related field.5+ years of prior relevant experience in digital product management, with a focus on email and push notification platforms.Extensive experience with Adobe Campaign or similar marketing automation platforms.THE PERKS & BENEFITS:Health, vision, and dental insurance.401k plan.Professional development opportunities.Tuition reimbursement.Exclusive discounts on entertainment, food, hotel stays, and more.Are you ready to JOIN THE SHOW?
