The Opportunity

Our client seeks a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise BDR to join their fast-growing team. This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in a hyper-growth startup, with high earnings and fast career growth potential.

What You'll Do

Develop a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling and personalized outreach (email and LinkedIn)Set up meetings between prospective clients and Account ExecutivesConsistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (# meetings)Utilize CRM and sales tools to track performance and manage pipelineCollaborate closely with Founders, C-level, and other team members, and provide regular reports

What You Bring

1-3 years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience in a BDR or similar outbound sales roleProficiency in cold calling (50+ calls per day), personalized email and LinkedIn outreachProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsIdeally, experience selling to CMO, VP of Marketing in the Mid-Market or Large Enterprise segmentProficiency in using CRM and sales software (HubSpot, SalesLoft, Outreach, ZoomInfo etc.)Excellent communication and negotiation skillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant fieldAbility to work EST hours
