The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of hands-on experience in analyzing cross-channel media performance, product, and customer data. As an integral part of our team, the Analyst will play a key role in transforming data insights into actionable strategies to enhance our clients’ media performance.Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Insights:Conduct in-depth analysis of client cross-channel media performance, product, and customer data.Identify important trends, patterns, and insights in client performance, discerning their implications for the broader business landscape.Work on comprehensive reports that provide actionable recommendations for media strategy improvements.Communication:Contribute to analytics projects with internal teams.Work closely with paid media teams and account managers to translate data insights into effective media strategy enhancements.Collaborate across departments to gather relevant data and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.Work closely with senior management on various projects.Market Research:Conduct thorough market research, including competitor analysis and industry trends, to provide context for data analysis.Technical Proficiency:Leverage expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to extract meaningful insights.Business Acumen:Understand business goals and objectives to align data insights with strategic marketing decisions.Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Economics, Business, etc.).Experience in marketing analytics, preferably in a marketing agency setting.Ability to navigate client relationships, with the support of senior team members.Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.Adaptable and open to learning new tools and methodologies.Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.Benefits
