To expand and innovate on this vision, WWDE is seeking a passionate, customer obsessed, Principal Product Manager to manage one of our key customer experiences - concession resolutions and escalations helping us unite all of our policies across Amazon.

Key job responsibilities

The Concessions Principal Product Manager will drive product strategy across multiple organizations. They will lead requirements gathering, help drive prioritization of feature development, and own driving the product metrics. They will partner with WWDE program managers, various business teams, and our data and research science team to identify, surface, and drive improvements within concessions. The ideal candidate will be able to dive deep and apply principles and products that will form an exciting roadmap.Product management at Amazon is inherently cross-functional. The right candidate needs to be an owner of their portfolio; making strategic product decisions grounded in data. They will work closely with business teams, leaders, engineering teams, and scientists and business intelligence analysts in an agile development environment to launch new features and experiences. Other key responsibilities include monitoring the execution of the project, providing project progress to stakeholders, and ensuring appropriate levels of product quality and performance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree- 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience- 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition- Experience with end to end product delivery- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product- Experience as a product manager or owner

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience owning technology products
