936454Job description:This is an End User Support position requiring 2 years of experience in desktop and remote support, specifically with 365/Windows 10 and 11. Familiarity with a ticketing system (ServiceNow) is preferred, but strong documentation skills are essential.Basic networking knowledge is required, and candidates must use appropriate terminology for technology. Strong soft skills are crucial as the role involves interaction with high-level executives (Sr. VPs/VPs) and top producers in the Colorado market, necessitating a polite and professional demeanor.This position is based out of Denver, with a minimum of 1 day per week in Colorado Springs. The candidate will work closely with another technician.Interviews will include a technical assessment to evaluate knowledge and communication skills.Candidates must present themselves professionally; tattoos and piercings should be covered.Company Overview:
