Is Recruiting For The Following Opportunity:This is a strong patent agent opportunity within a steadily growing practice. The work will primarily relate to drafting and globally prosecuting patents, portfolio strategy, and patent opinions (e.g., infringement, validity, freedom to operate, patentability). There will also be the opportunity to work with attorneys on a variety of other related issues (e.g., reexaminations, reissues, due diligence, valuations, IP agreements, intellectual property litigation, trademarks).This practice consistently attracts excellent technology clients expecting high quality patent work. Here, you will have plenty of interaction with client and firm management within a friendly and cooperative environment that contributes to the overall growth of well-rounded practitioners.This practice encompasses a wide range of technologies from a diverse array of clients. For the current need, the following is a list of some of the technology areas that are relevant: mechanical engineering; physics; optical engineering; imaging systems; biomedical systems engineering; biomedical devices; industrial automation; test and measurement equipment; complex machinery; robotics; control systems; manufacturing equipment and processes; machine learning; artificial intelligence; computer science; industrial and consumer electronics; electromechanical devices; industrial chemistry; chemical engineering; biomaterials; materials engineering.Client and portfolio assignments are aligned with your particular technical expertise and experience.Patent Agent Requirements:

Minimum BS engineering, physics, or computer scienceUSPTO registrationAt least 4 years of solid patent drafting and prosecution experienceSolid academic credentialsExcellent writing samplesFirm Details:
