Client Relationship Associate

plays a crucial role in the smooth functioning of the office. With overall responsibility for day-to-day operations, the Client Relationship Associate must be able to work effectively with other staff members, clients, and Wealth Advisors.Responsibilities & Activities

Communicates with clients in person, in writing, and over the telephone. Meets with clients to complete paperwork and attends periodic client update meetings with select clients.Event Management and Marketing:

Handle logistical and marketing details for client events.Send out invites, coordinate with venue and maintain marketing database.

Manages new business functions:

Meets with clients and starts new client forms processing.Follows up with clients as needed to make sure all paperwork is processed.

Case Management:

Manage cases that are at different stages, proactively provide assistance needed to push the cases forward.

Compliance:

Maintains compliance policies and documentation.Oversees the compliance and advertising approval process.

Develops and maintains written documentation (systems) of all activities.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills to engage with our clients and our “crew.”A learner’s mindset and an appetite for financial acumen, eagerness to learn and grow.Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation.Track record of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously, accommodating unexpected requests or needs, and following through.Ability to operate within tight deadlines.At least one year of relevant experience in a financial services firm assisting with day-to-day operations preferred.Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite tools.Proficiency with financial planning and customer relationship management software.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience. Finance, economics, business, or related major preferred.Reliability is an essential function.We offer a great working environment in a beautiful and professional office location.
