Role:Senior Technology Project Manager supporting Owensboro Health, Owensboro, Kentucky

Primary Responsibilities:Coordinate meetings; prepare agendas with appropriate backup materials; take minutes, and provide follow-up correspondence.Determine and acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.Define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle and coordinate any appropriate benefits realization work.Manage large-sized projects that cross multiple business units which have stakeholders with diverse and conflicting needs; utilizing multiple and/or emerging technologies that impact the enterprise; requiring integration of multiple applications or business processes; possessing high project visibility, impact, and risk.Report and communicate at the department, enterprise, and executive legislative levels.Collaborate with team to understand the worklist management challenges and brainstorm solutions.Pro-actively identify and implement efficiencies to meet objectives.Use the knowledge of the organization's processes, systems, and policies to facilitate successful outcomes.Solicit feedback from others in and outside of the team.Manage relationship with client and coordinate discussions to further understand and inquire what is needed for the team to be successful.Identify, document, and share best practices with fellow team members.Act as a liaison and key point of contact for all teams supporting client's analytics needs.Ability to communicate complex business goals to technical teams for seamless coordination.

Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.3+ years of experience in project/program management.3+ years of experience with MS Project, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.1+ years of experience with defining project responsibilities and process with stakeholders.Willing or ability to work 75% of the time on site.Reside within a 50 mile radius of Owensboro, KY.

Preferred Qualifications:PMP Certification.Experience working as a Project Manager in a healthcare setting.Proficiency with communication tools (precise email communication, PowerPoint, solid communication skills).Ability to prioritize and balance multiple requests or priorities to aid in resource allocation.Ability to navigate and coordinate across multiple teams.
